Refund Policy
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
We offer a 14-day money back guarantee if you receive a damaged or defective product. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aezro.shop with a high-resolution photo of the package and a video for our investigation. Once our team approves the return, we will promptly issue a refund or replacement.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g. cosmetic products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, after accepting the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-day cancellation period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund is approved. If it is approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@aezro.shop.
NOTES:
- You will have to bear the shipping costs for the returned product yourself if it is not a quality problem.
